Their June 18th wedding took place in the hometown of both Austin and Whitney- Turbeville, SC. Since knowing this couple I have caught bits and pieces of their story, but it wasn't until recently I learned they have actually known each other since middle school. A big thanks to them for letting me be a part in capturing the next chapter of their story together. They have been so easy to work with throughout the process. Certainly wishing all the best to the new Mr. and Mrs. Floyd!
So Lauren first came across my work through instagram and contacted me about potentially shooting their engagement and wedding several months back. After hearing a bit of their story of how they met in Clemson, I gave her a yes with very little hesitation.
We shot the engagement photos (see here) earlier this spring. Within the first several minutes I knew this couple was going to be a lot of fun to work with, as I could barely get them to stop laughing throughout. With that being said I knew I had an enjoyable day to look forward to capturing their June wedding.......and it was a fun day indeed!
The wedding was held at Evergreen Plantation in Starr, SC. I feel like I only utilized a very small fraction of all there is on this beautiful property. You will find a small sampling of their day below. A shout out to Will Blanton over at Southern Son Photography for second shooting with me also!
A big thanks to all their friends/family for being so easy to work with, and of course congrats to the new Mr. and Mrs. Ledbetter!
